Redmond Habitat for Humanity is a Christian
housing ministry, building homes with low-income people who live in
substandard conditions. We are dedicated to providing a way for
sharing between the affluent and those in need to build affordable
housing for God's people in need.Our philosophy at the Redmond Affiliate is that the economically disadvantaged need capital, not charity and co-workers, not caseworkers, in order to obtain a simple decent home in a decent community.
The capital for building comes from gift and no-interest loans. These donations are made by individuals, churches, corporations and foundations. We achieve our mission in partnership through our faith, volunteers, donors and families.
Now in our 14th year, the purpose of this site is to inform people of what Redmond Habitat for Humanity is and what we do.
